In the future we will be providing you with a Finance Portal which would provide you or your representative with a way of getting copies of your financial documents (for example, statements and letters around their financial assessment) and notifications via a secure online portal. This can be accessed whenever is convenient for you, therefore reducing the time you would have to wait to receive the documents via email or through the post.
As mentioned above, the Finance Portal is not current available, but in the meantime all correspondence will be sent by our Financial Assessment Team by post of email.
